We comprise of 2 owners, Henriek de Wet & Pieter Swart, 15 permanent staff & an array of time tested sub-contractors

Henriek made his way through various trades, & from the start, he focused on being the best in the trade in whatever he did, striving always for perfection. He is able to do every trade better than any tradesman on a building site, & thus has a tremendous advantage when it comes to planning & execution of such. His vast knowledge of all trades also gives the added advantage of being able to integrate different trades & helps to eliminate the limitations of scope & design in single trades, when working with Architect’s & Owner’s dreams.

Pieter has vast experience in Marketing & Managing fields & has successfully owned & managed  companies. His amazing communication & managing skills in dealing with admin, reports & updates with the clients, architects & sub-contractors alike.

Our 15 permanent staff that were personally trained by management during the past 10 years. We specialise in the finishing stages of all trades, & therefore are able to give an exceptional finished product with the proper insight to weave different trades together seamlessly. We are also able to intervene if needed & ensure all phases run correctly & timeously.
